CANCELLATIONS & Refund policy

For Refund/Replacement and Cancellation requests, please contact the team at https://www.farmaan.in/ (9:00am to 7:00pm IST) or write an email to info@farmaan.in In case our team was unavailable and 24 hours have passed on a non-working day (such as Sunday), we will address the request within the next 24 working hours from the time we receive the email or request during our business hours.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
https://www.farmaan.in/ will take a decision on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. For example, if the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Cancellations will not be approved for products offered during any promotional occasion, as these are subject to limited availability and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Refund/Replacement Policy

Refund or replacement requests will be considered only if the request is made to the https://www.farmaan.in/ customer service team within 12 hours of receiving the delivery.

Valid reasons for requesting a refund or replacement include:

· An incorrect item was shipped

· The product is damaged or defective

· The product has gone bad or is spoiled upon delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide adequate information, including clear photographs, to help https://www.farmaan.in/ evaluate and take an appropriate decision.

Please note:

· No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the taste or personal preference, as long as the product is within the expiry date.

In case of receipt of damaged product, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 12 hours of receipt of the shipment. The Customer should provide adequate information (including photographs) so https://www.farmaan.in/ can take it up with the Courier Company. https://www.farmaan.in/ will provide refund/replacement to the customer in case of a positive decision.

For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.

https://www.farmaan.in/ will usually process refunds within 1-2 business days after a refund request is approved. The request is then passed on to our Payment Gateway partner; they have advised it takes them 7-10 business days to process the refund.
